O pavê é uma sobremesa gelada composta por camadas de creme e biscoito, muito popular em datas comemorativas como a Páscoa.Dependendo dos ingredientes utilizados é possível preparar vários tipos de pavê, como o de chocolate, o de maracujá e o de nata como o da receita abaixo.
Ingredientes
- 2 potes de nata
- 1 caixa de leite condensado
- 2 pacote bolacha de leite
- 1 caixa de creme de leite
- 2 barras de chocolate meio amargo (recomendo da marca HERSHEY’S)
- 2 colheres (sopa) de conhaque
Modo de Preparo
- Bata na batedeira a nata e o leite condensado, até virar um creme bem consistente
- Em um refratário, passe um pouco de creme para forrar, coloque as bolachas sem molhar, formando camadas
- Termine com uma camada de creme
- Em uma panela, derreta as barras de chocolate em fogo baixo sempre mexendo. Acrescente o conhaque e o creme de leite e mexa até ficar uma mistura lisa e cremosa.
- Despeje o ganache no refratário sobre a ultima camada de creme
- Deixe na geladeira por 2 horas e saboreie
